In the name of all the staff, we ensure that our guests are having a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
In return, we only ask you to respect the following rules of the house below.
Prices:
2 bed bedroom: 23.900 forints
1 bed bedroom: 19.900 forints
Tourist tax: 350 forints per person.
Breakfast is included!
Our pension policy
1.) Check in-out informations:
Check in starts at 14:00pm and ends at 19:00pm. Leaving time is 10:00am. The swipe card should be handed back at the reception.
2.) Keys:
On arrival our guests recieve a swipe card and of keys. The swipe card open on the sides of the property (the forefront from Petőfi street and from the parking lot from Kisfaludy street) and the entrance to the rooms. Please be aware of closing them doors at night time!
Checking in requires the registration form to be entirely filled! By singing the form you accept the rules of the house.
Upon losing the swipe card the guest is due to pay a fee of 5000 forints! Placing the swipe card to its mounting on the wall provides electricity for the room. By touching the card to the sensor fitted into the handle, it opens/closes the lock. Blue light indicates opening.
3.) Minibar
The list below shows what the minibar contains! Please declare the consumption when paying at the reception.
The fridge is not able to occupy any other items than is had contained at arrival.

6.) For your, and our protection
The parking lot and the pension is protected by cameras, and our staff.
Food and beverages are not bought at the premises are only able to be consumed at the rooms! Please look after our furnishing. Any damage caused is ought to be payed by the guests.
7.) Visitors
Only registered guests are authorised to stay, please welcome your visitors at the restaurant with us.
8.) Hygiene awareness
We ask our guests not to put the luggage on the bed. The empy bags have got room on the bottom of the shelfs. Shoes are able to be placed on the shoe-racks in the rooms. Failure to comply with the hygiene standards we set will result in removal from the room.
9.) Security
In defense of your belongings, the room provides a safe! The proverty does not take responsibility for the items in it. The safe instruction manual is located next to the safe.
10.) Internet accessibility
Piccolo pension provides access to its free hotspot at the whole property! (rooms, restaurant, terrace, wine bar.)
How to use it:
1. Leave your wireless connection on automatic detection.
2. As the "Piccolo" option becomes available, you are able to connect.
3. the password can be recieved from our waiting staff.
11.) Electronic devices
To store flammable and explosive items or devices (coffee machines, cattles, irons etc..) is prohibited.
12.) Fire protection
All our guests must accept and respect our terms of fire protecion, is allocated in a folder is placed in every room!
13.) Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the property! The guests are allowed to smoke at the entrances of the property, and at the terrace where a round table is placed. The fee of invading our privacy in this term is 10000 forints!
14.) Your and others respect
Please do pay attention to other guests, keeping it quiet after 22:00 pm! We may refuse hospitality, including accommodation, and call for immediate departure if it behaves in others in a frightening and outrageous manner, disturbs public peace despite repeated calls, is dangerous for itself and for others, and causes a sense of danger and fear. We would like to inform our dear Guests that we request immediate police action in such cases.
15.) The belongings of the pension
Our furnituring and textilies (bedding, towels etc..) to be taken out of premises cause the charge of 9000 forints!
16.) Leaving the room
We ask our guests to ensure, the taps are closed and the swipe card is removed from its mounting.
17.) Troubleshooting
Please feel free to object any problems occured, we value your feedback!
18.) Damaging the property
Damage caused by carelessness or deliberation is followed by a charge.
19.) Pets
Your favorite is allowed to stay with the approval of the staff!
20.) Involving police assistance
Please be advised that upon every crime suspicious action, we do involve police assistance!
21.) Cameras on use
The whole property is protected by cameras!
22.) Parking
The parking lot can be accessed from Kisfaludy street, protected by cameras but not personally securited. Usage is free of charge!
23.) Roomphone usage
The cabled phone is the rooms are for your comfort and only able to call the reception directly.
It can be used by raising the reciever, waiting for the dial tone and calling the numbers below:

Air conditioner
The controller of the room air conditioner is located on the wall, the room card must first be placed in the disconnect switch. The device can be switched on with the ON/OFF button, then the desired function can be selected with the MODE button: (COOLING): Cooling, (DRY): Drying, (FAN): Fan, (HEATING): Heating, (AUTO): Automatic mode. The temperature can be set with the “∧” and “∨” buttons. The fan speed can be controlled with the FAN button. The SWING button can be used to change the path of the air flow.
The power cut-off switch also turns off the air conditioning equipment.
Our terms of fire protection
Dear Guests!
Please pay attention to the terms of fire protection below:
- Your vehicle must be left at the parking lot!
- Every act is potentially able to cause fire is prohibited in every part of the premises.
- Storing and using any pyrotechnic materials, flammable liquid containers, gas tanks is strictly prohibited.
- Smokig is not allowed, only the smoking areas are able to be used, they are shown by direction posts on the wall.
- Ash trays, fired cigarettes, matches must not be placed or emptied into the bins!
- The usage of coffee machines, electric cookers, irons and any heat generating devices in the rooms or otherwise is prohibited.
- Electric devices such as the tv and the radio must be turned off if they are not needed! Hair straighteners/curlers and shavers are requested to be pulled out.
- Heating seasons cause the radiators to be hot, therefore covering them by any means is dangerous! Sprays, flammable items like nail polishers are restricted to be left on them.
Reporting fire
Any sign or evidence of fire in the property noticed by guests mean a liability of reporting it to the reception by calling #25 on the cable phone, or the staff.
Fires that been put out already, must be reported also!

- Must be done using the shortest way, started by the floors throught the hallway to the terrace.
- The escape plan is shown on the doors from the inside.
